PTIS is working with the Oxford Consulting Group on a joint sustainability study to assess the consumer packaging goods industry's sustainability reach. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete and your individual results will be available instantly.
This survey has been designed to assess
your organization's sustainability
practices (overall and within different
parts of the organization), while
also informing you about how leading
companies approach sustainability.
The survey is divided into five sections:
- Executive & Corporate
- Facilities & Manufacturing
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- Marketing & Sales
- Human Resources
Within each section are a series of activities typically undertaking
by leading companies. Rate your own organization’s performance
using the scoring buttons under each activity. Answers
range from:

into the DNA of the organization. You
have programs in place with many
external stakeholders and you are sharing
your great results throughout your
organization, your supply chain and your community. |
Note that selecting a higher level (eg: Progressive) assumes
that you have also accomplished activities associated
with the lower levels (eg: novice activities). Similarly,
selecting Champion assumes you have accomplished both
Novice and Progressive activities.
Once you have completed all sections you will be presented with a summary of your results. If requested, we will follow-up with you to provide a comparison of your organization to your peers / other groups (after all surveys have been completed) basedon industry and size.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Oxford Consulting Group Ltd. will not
release any survey results (partial or complete) which
could uniquely identify a participating company. All reporting
will
be at an aggregate level, unless previously authorized
(in writing) by the company who has submitted that data.
